Hot Vinyasa - All Levels
Move, breathe, and flow in this dynamic all-levels class. Each practice unfolds organically, blending mindful movement, breathwork, and creative sequencing to build strength, flexibility, stability, and balance.
Thoughtful guidance with beginner-friendly modifications and advanced variations is offered throughout, making the class accessible for all practitioners, from beginners to experienced students, while providing opportunities to challenge and deepen the practice. You’ll refine alignment, practice mindful transitions, and when appropriate, explore optional arm balances and inversions, taught with modifications and progressions for every level.
With intentional choices and supportive guidance, the class remains welcoming yet invigorating. Experience a practice that adapts to the energy of the room, leaving you grounded, empowered, and deeply connected to your body.

Hot Vinyasa - Level 2/3 (Intermediate/ Advanced)
This high-energy, heat-infused vinyasa flow is an exploratory and playful practice that invites you to experience your edges while staying connected to breath and body. The class challenges strength, stamina, and focus through dynamic sequencing, funky transitions, and advanced asana integrated into purposeful movement. Breathe with power, discover new edges, and ignite both body and mind.
Sequencing flows with the teacher’s rhythm and the energy in the room, responding to your breath and what unfolds on the mat in the moment.
Rooted in strong foundations, this practice builds from All Levels and Level 1/2 classes and welcomes students curious about a stronger, more invigorating experience. Listen to your body, make choices, and move at your own pace as you play, sweat, and grow. Patience and openness support the practice throughout.

Heated Vinyasa - Level 1/2 (Beginner/ Intermediate)
Ideal for beginners while welcoming more experienced practitioners, this class makes alignment and building a solid foundation fun and accessible. Thoughtful cues and mindful transitions help beginners feel confident, while all levels can return to foundational alignment or explore optional challenges to deepen their practice.
Explore foundational poses, breath awareness, and mindful movement, with an emphasis on steady, intentional transitions and linking breath with each movement. Props and modifications make the practice accessible at every level, with sequencing, pace, and intensity varying by teacher. Highly recommended (but not required) for beginners before moving into Level 2/3!

Saturday Strong: Arya Rise - All Levels (Heated)
More than just movement. This warm, dynamic vinyasa class is a space to come together in community, breathe with purpose, and rise into your weekend with strength and clarity.
Open to all levels, the flow blends mindful sequencing, breath, and creative variations to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Move with intention, refine alignment, and explore playful elements.

Set in a warm environment, this energizing flow helps you shake off the week and transition into your evening feeling light and strong. Open to all levels, the practice offers modifications for beginners and challenges for experienced yogis, supporting you as you set the tone for the weekend ahead.

Feel-Good Stretch Flow - All Levels (Warm)
For all levels, including those completely new to yoga, this gentle, feel-good flow relieves tension and encourages movement with ease. Slow, accessible stretches are practiced mindfully and guided by the breath, enhancing body-mind awareness and supporting coordination, focus, and stamina. The slow, steady, unrushed pace encourages circulation and releases stiffness.
The space is gently warmed with infrared heat, preparing the body for movement, supporting circulation, and helping reduce tension and inflammation while promoting flexibility. Props are available to provide comfort and accessibility, making the practice restorative and grounding.

Mellow Flow to Yin - All Levels (Warm)
Blends gentle movement with a soothing yin practice to cultivate awareness and release tension, fostering a deep sense of inner stillness and connection. The class seamlessly transitions between simple, dynamic sequences and calming yin stillness, guiding you toward release and recovery. Ideal for all levels, this meditative journey encourages balance and renewal.

Candlelit: Feel-Good Stretch and Yin - All Levels
This calming, gentle practice blends feel-good stretching with yin postures, creating a space to move mindfully, release tension, and support mobility and deep rest.
The feel-good stretch flow invites slow, accessible movement to release stiffness, improve range of motion, and encourage a sense of ease in the body. These mindful movements, guided by gentle breathing, nurture body-mind connection and support coordination, focus, and stamina.
Yin postures are held for up to five minutes, targeting the joints and deep connective tissues with minimal muscle engagement. Props and thoughtful guidance support individual needs, helping cultivate a balanced, peaceful state of mind.
Ideal for unwinding, recovery, or complementing more active practices, this soothing practice promotes flexibility, reduces stress, and enhances mental clarity, leaving you feeling grounded, relaxed, and revitalized.

Candlelit: Slow Down and Restore - All Levels
Immerse yourself in a space of rest and rejuvenation. In this restorative practice, you will use props to support your body in gentle poses that are held for longer periods of time (up to 10 minutes), allowing for deep release and restoration. Through stillness, breathwork, and meditation, you will restore your mind-body connection, replenish your energy, and cultivate inner peace and tranquility. Appropriate for all levels.

Sculpt Yoga - All Levels (Heated)
Experience a dynamic fusion of yoga and functional resistance practice using bodyweight and optional props like light weights, bands, stability ball, and more, enhanced by gentle infrared heat. The heat warms your body, boosts circulation, improves mobility and flexibility, and helps reduce tension and inflammation.
Sculpt Yoga offers higher repetition patterns that progressively stack compared to Yoga Strength. These patterns build a steady burn that sculpts and tones every muscle and expands muscular endurance. Dynamic, alignment-focused movements deepen body–mind awareness and improve coordination, balance, and stability. Optional HIIT bursts boost stamina and resilience, with modifications for every level.
Accessible and empowering, Sculpt Yoga welcomes all levels and invites you to move, sculpt, and feel strong from the inside out.

Yoga Strength - All Levels (Non-Heated)
Elevate strength and power endurance in this high-energy experience. Yoga Strength combines yoga, heavy lifting, and high-intensity intervals to build full-body strength, boost metabolism, improve joint health, and enhance bone density while developing power endurance under heavy load.
Move with bodyweight and optional props like heavy weights (dumbbells and/or weighted bars), resistance bands, sliders, and ankle weights. Multiple sets of different weights maximize strength and endurance, with flexibility to switch props or practice without them. Dynamic compound movements challenge your body, sharpen coordination and body–mind awareness, and improve balance, mobility, and flexibility.
Accessible for all levels, with modifications offered to meet you where you are.

Men's Yoga & Mobility (60+) - Warm
For men 60 and over, this practice integrates yoga with functional, dynamic movement to support everyday activities. Emphasis is placed on foundational yoga poses, proper alignment, and safe, mindful transitions to help participants move with confidence on and off the mat.
Classes build strength, joint mobility, and overall flexibility. Coordination, balance, stability, and stamina are developed through thoughtful, compound movements that engage multiple muscle groups.
The space is gently warmed with infrared heat (around 75°F). This mild warmth supports circulation, prepares the body for movement, promotes mobility and flexibility, and helps reduce tension and inflammation.
Movements are adaptable for each participant, with clear guidance, modifications, and optional props. Build resilience, mobility, and overall well-being in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Chair Yoga (Non-Heated)
Chair Yoga offers a calm, nurturing practice focused on gentle movement, breath awareness, and overall well being. Using a chair for support, explore accessible stretches and simple poses that help ease stiffness, encourage circulation, improve posture, and build confidence in movement. This practice is offered in a supportive, welcoming environment and is open to all bodies and abilities, with particular support for beginners, seniors, those with limited mobility, or anyone seeking a slower, more gentle yoga experience.
