Warm Vinyasa - Level 1/2 (Beginner/ Intermediate)
Ideal for all levels, this class makes building a solid foundation fun and accessible! Explore foundational poses, alignment, and breathing techniques as you flow through your practice, syncing breath with movement. Props and modifications make it accessible, with optional challenges to deepen your practice. Each class offers unique sequencing, pace, and intensity shaped by the teacher’s style. This class is highly recommended (but not required) for beginners before taking Level 2/3!

Ignite: Beyond the Edge: Level 2/3 (Intermediate/ Advanced)
Push past your limits and fire up your practice. This high-energy, heat-infused vinyasa flow challenges strength, stamina, and focus through dynamic sequences, funky transitions, and advanced asanas. Expect to move with purpose, breathe with power, and explore creative edges that ignite both body and mind.
Every class is uniquely shaped by the teacher’s rhythm and vision. Sequencing is shaped by the energy in the room, the breath in your body, and the moment unfolding on your mat.
Rooted in strong foundations, this experience evolves from ‘Level 1/2’ and ‘All Levels’ classes, offering seasoned practitioners a space to grow, sweat, and explore their edge. To support a safe and confident practice, we highly recommend taking 'All Levels' and 'Level 1/2' classes before stepping into this offering.

Breathe & Begin: A Beginner's Practice
This beginner's foundations class offers a strong foundation in the essential elements of yoga, emphasizing the alignment of foundational poses, breathwork, and meditation. Yoga Strength - All Levels
Sculpt and strengthen your entire body with this fun, dynamic fusion of yoga, weight lifting, and high-intensity intervals. This class is focused on building muscle endurance, enhancing coordination, and increasing strength and mobility. It emphasizes intentional movement using both light and heavy weights, resistance bands, and other props, along with bodyweight exercises tailored to your fitness level.
Expect a challenging and energetic, yet adaptable experience that delivers results and leaves you feeling the burn every time! Beginners are highly encouraged to start with Level 1/2 or ‘all-level’ classes to familiarize themselves with yoga fundamentals and alignment before taking Yoga Strength classes.

This energizing, dynamic flow provides a mid-day break to help you recenter and continue your day with clarity and focus. Open to all levels, it offers modifications for beginners and challenges for experienced practitioners, meeting you where you are each day.

Slow and Deep Burn Reset - All Levels

Candlelit Yin and Restore - All Levels
Recover and restore with this calming and gentle practice that blends yin and restorative yoga. Holding poses for up to 5 minutes at a time, this class targets the joints and deep connective tissue to release tension with minimal muscle engagement. In this class, the teacher will provide you with personalized guidance to adapt each pose to your body and cultivate a balanced and peaceful mind. Ideal for unwinding or recovering from more intense practices, this soothing practice promotes flexibility, reduces stress, and enhances mental clarity, leaving you deeply relaxed, grounded, and revitalized. Candlelit Slow Down and Restore - All Levels
Immerse yourself in a space of rest and rejuvenation. In this restorative practice, you will use props to support your body in gentle poses that are held for longer periods of time (up to 10 minutes), allowing for deep release and restoration. Through stillness, breathwork, and meditation, you will restore your mind-body connection, replenish your energy, and cultivate inner peace and tranquility. Appropriate for all levels.

Functional Mobility - All Levels
Functional mobility practice builds strength, control, and flexibility through intentional, joint-focused movement. You’ll explore how your body moves, expand your range of motion, and develop resilience from the inside out.
Joint restrictions and limited mobility can lead to chronic stiffness, discomfort, injuries, and plateaus in progress. This practice targets those limitations by creating stronger, more adaptable joints and purposeful muscle control, and thus lays the foundation for better performance, reduced pain, and long-term physical longevity.
Each session combines controlled articular movements with strength-building techniques to support joint health, lower injury risk, and improve movement in both daily life and physical activity. Expect a focused, challenging practice that prioritizes body awareness, precision, and quality of movement.

This energizing class is just for teens (ages 12+) - blending movement, music, and mindfulness in a fun and empowering way. Experience a dynamic flow that builds strength, stability, flexibility, and confidence, all while encouraging creativity and self-expression. Playful poses, balance challenges, and breathing techniques help reset and recharge the body and mind.
Each class features a curated playlist built from your music suggestions (with a few precautions, of course 😉), making every practice feel uniquely yours. Sessions end with calming movement and mindful stillness—leaving you clear, centered, and ready for whatever comes next.
